Mosaic Mix Vol. 9: Estate Dimmerda

It's been a few months since the last Mosaic Mix, but we're back to close out the summer with Volume 9. A "shit summer," at that.

I'm playing off the title of one of the tracks featured - "Estate Dimmerda" by Italian rock-rapper, Salmo. In this mix, you'll hear a heavy selection of African and Latin sounds, blended by some French electro, dancehall jamz, trap from the DR and PR, Arabic rhymes, Afrobeat-tinged UK grime, Italian-Tunisian storytelling, Nigerian house and as always, Baile funk and Brazilian beats. The playlist is a sample of what I've been listening to on the world music spectrum this summer, and a positive send off into the last long weekend of the season.

I hope your summer was blessed with no stress, and that you start your fall on the right foot - or both feet on the floor, dancing.
